Job Summary:
As a member of the Management Team, the Q&T manager reports to General Manager of the JV, and responsible for leading and implementing JV product quality and production technology which complies with expectation and requirement of BP Solar. |
| Detailed Requirements： |
Qualification Requirements:
a.Educational background:
* A formal tertiary qualification is essential. The science technical or the electricity education background is preferable.
b.Experience (years and nature)
* At least 5 years site management experience in manufacture industry.
* Experience in Quality role in the similar Corporation entity, the foreign company working experience is preferable.
* Experience with Solar products - features, functions, installation and maintenance, manufacturing process, supply channels of main components, quality standards, both International and Chinese.
* Good understanding and action ability in 6S / TQM plant management.
* Experience in quality management system
* Fluent in Mandarin & English
c.Core Competency
* Strong Leadership
* strong communication and strongly motivated
* Goals oriented and performance driven
* Wide technical experience, particularly full understanding of manufacturing operations
* Good understanding and judgement in the direction of technology development in the Solar industry.
